6 Tricks To Break Your Weight Loss Plateau - (Finally Lose Weight Quickly And Consistently)

Well, here in this article I will share with you 6 tricks that helped me (and many others) to break the plateau:
1 Exercise variations ...
You have a different body weight circuit routine of everyday life, or change your fitness routine every week. Does your body weight routine at home or have to exercise at the gym, it is very important that you change, what is it doing more. This will keep your body from getting accustomed to your workouts and burn fewer calories.
2 May you be putting on muscle ...
And if you are, stop it immediately! Just kidding!
Adding to the muscle is, of course, a good thing, and if you're putting on muscle while losing fat, you are still reaching your goals. That is why I always recommend for people to focus more on fat loss than weight loss, because you must build muscle to burn off fat kg, and you therefore can not see the scale move the way you want.
