Here are some simple and effective weight loss tips on how to reduce the size of which are really easy to follow.
• You should aim to eat only fresh foods. This includes fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, eggs, nuts, oats, wholemeal bread and pasta, as well as low-fat milk and olive oil.
• Replace your usual drink of water and try to get at least a liter of H20 a day.
• Do not eat food or Ready-prepared foods and try to choose fresh over frozen.
• Do not bring fast food restaurants and opt for healthy packed lunches.
• Do not snack on chocolate, crisps, biscuits and cakes. Choose fruit or nuts instead.
