Myths About Weight Loss and Six Pack Abs

Myth # 1 - To get six pack abs you need to make hundreds of crunches every day.
Or one of my favorites from a long ... "Now you can have a hard rock slim sexy six pack abs in just 8 minutes a day!" Yes, and I have twelve inches ... Nothing for it. I have heard this more times than I can remember. First let me tell you a real secret to getting six pack abs. Are you ready, because you only do two things! Here is - eat less and exercise more! That's it. That's a big secret! 90% for getting those six pack abs is getting rid of body fat. Already abs, you just can not see, because the layer of goo to cover them up! The remaining 10% is doing some ab exercises such as crunches to help strengthen and build your ab muscles, giving you a nice look rippled.

Myth 2 - You must go to a gym or buy expensive system of weight training at home to get fit and have good training.
Absolutely not. I do everything in the house, except for most of my running, of course, with a range of dumbbells, a basic weight bench and pull-up bar. Some people also might want to use a yoga mat if you have a nice rug or carpeted floors for comfort. You May also like resistance bands to weights. I love free utezi.Težina bench is very convenient but not necessary. Also, an extra chair or stool you May have lying around will come in handy as well. So what does all this mean? This means that you do not waste your money on stupid tricks, quickly ab machines or pills that you see on TV! Save money and buy some healthy food the next time you shop instead.

Myth 3 - Spot fat removal.

Myth 5 - I can do some exercises to just "tone" of the selected areas.
Many people have asked me what they can do to tone abs, or just a ton just a hand or chest? First let me start by saying there is no such thing as "toning" exercises. What you will need to do exactly all depends on what your trying to achieve. For example, if you want your muscles stronger and bigger you need to do resistance training. If you want to become leaner and more defined and solved goo that is covering up that sexy body of yours, then you need the cardiovascular exercise and good nutrition.

Myth # 6 - I can lose weight just by dieting.
I get this too much, so let me just go ahead and get the whole thing a child and why it will never run out of the way. Diets are bad. Even saying that "going on a diet" implies that only intend to better nutrition for the advance of time, but eventually you will be back in the ass-crack nasty habit of eating again. You must change your thinking about diet and fully understand that good nutrition should be a permanent change in your life. Here's a quickie on why diets do not work. When you eat less your body (and metabolism), adjusted to a lower caloric intake. So, after about a month to lose six or eight pounds because they do not eat enough and then feel happy about where to start by going back to their bad eating habits again. Well, it takes your body and twice as long to speed up your metabolism to compensate for taking in more calories to your diet now, but you can slow it down by eating less. So, not only will you gain the weight back, but most people end up fatter than you were before you started the screw with your metabolism.

Myth 7 - If you want to be super super ripped or big you must use supplements or steroids.
How many times have you seen an ad for a "magic fat burning pill. Just take two days and you'll get ripped without having to do an exercise?" Or one of my favorites: "Take our 10 000 mega muscles shake powder and you can get 40 pounds of muscle in just four months!" The fact is, that it was easy then everyone walking will be ripped and cut and there would be no such problem of obesity in America .

OK your reading this because you want my opinion, so here it is. I am extremely picky about the supplements that I use, because I want to know exactly what is happening in my body. "But Sgt E, I heard Arnold says:" creatine will pump you up! "Look, the truth is supplemented by industry recognizes the problem of obesity in America and create a fat-ass gangster Knott cabbage rolls off desperate people spend money on it. A legal supplements are unregulated and untested. I could get a Bunsen-burner and my trusty spoon and make the cracks rocks from some caffeine, aspirin and exlax and call it Mega Bulk 10,000, if i wanted.

For example, let's look at a popular brand called supplement called Hydroxycut. At first May 2009, WebMD Health News 14 Hydroxycut products were recalled after the manufacturer of the FDA received 23 reports of serious liver injuries ranging from jaundice and even death. I do not think you'll be getting in the game today.

What you need to know what is effective and safe for use. Due to the nature supplement industry, I only recommend NUTRILITE vitamins and supplements. Nutrilite offers a good selection of snack bars, vitamins, fat burners and carb blockers that I have had great success s. NUTRILITE has a proven track record of success and many professional athletes and the NUTRILITE brand to recommend. I also use 100% whey protein powder because I just do not want to eat a pound of chicken or turkey breasts each day to get the full amount of protein that my plan is required. Now, depending on the objectives that May does not need as much protein as I do, or you May need more, but we'll cover that later as well. "But Sgt E, Barry Bonds and Mark McGuire broke the record while on steroids. I need to hit the juice too ?"

a quick answer to that question is clearly not. You do not need to get juiced to be ripped and bulk. Now you do not actually doing roids? Yes, and they are very effective. They are also illegal, a lot of people their lives destroyed by abuse. Most steroids are counterfeit and getting them from your friends gym rat on the black market just means you do not really know what is in it. So, do not get roids Sgt E seal of approval. They are essential for achieving results and not worth risking side affects, such as stunted growth, gyno, acne, hair loss, fat, "beer belly", not to mention reducing your "cash and prizes." That's right, I just went there.

Myth 8 - I can get 20 pounds of muscle in just two months, according to some newspaper articles.

Myth 8 - I can get 20 pounds of muscle in just two months, according to some newspaper articles ....

Myth 9 - I can still get ripped while stoned on pot, break up or getting hammered drunk every night after playing Guitar Hero!
Ok let's start with the first pot on this one. It reminds me of the commercial with kids smoking pot in the basement talking about "nothing happened in their lives." This is pretty much what happens to your fitness routine if your smoking pot a lot while trying to exercise and workout. There are several problems here because of side affects dance with the talented Mary Jane. The first is hunger. When you smoke weed you get hungry, and believe me, do not go to fridge and access to a veggie tray with cauliflower and carrots! You end up eating stacks and bags of Nacho mega-cheesy poofs and just getting fat. Another problem is the mellowing effect that the pot has, which is what reminded me of that commercial. When working out and staying fit you must have the drive and desire, and ability to stay focused and determined. After a joint or two is usually just want to Chillax goal in the bean bag chair eating Cheetos ... or so I heard. The last problem with pot is also the same for people who also smoke cigarettes, and that is, lowers the blood's ability to deliver oxygen to your muscles.

Now lets look at alcohol. Drinking alcohol and fitness as those nasty cement mixer recording your stupid friends trick in the drink. They just do not go well. Now, I'm not saying it's not okay to be a beer or glass of wine a few times a month, that's fine and dandy. I'm talking about the daily use and excessive weekend warrior syndrome (Binge drinking). I tell people to stay away from drinking lots of alcohol, for the same reason I told them to stay away from juices. It has no nutritional value what-so-ever and is full of empty calories. Imagine having an extra 450 calories of two or three beers every night have to do with tons of extra cardio! Alcohol also lowers your strength and endurance to as much as forty-eight hours, which is that much harder to have a focused and intense work out.

Myth # 10 - It is impossible to lose weight and gain muscle simultaneously.
A lot of people ask me whether they should try to lose weight or bulk up first. Well the answer is why not both at the same time? I was never a great man. At my biggest I was about 160 kg. While some will say that this is the right to a man who is only 5'8 "I was not happy with their physical appearance and mental health. Most people are just looking to slim down a bit, and it's ok. But the other are wanting to burn the goo, and add some muscle Nuggets at the same time. It requires the addition of resistance training on the more difficult exercise regime, and some more protein to the already great diet plan. for example, at 150 pounds, I should be taking in about 150g protein a day to give my muscles what they need to recover from training. I still eat low fat, low carb, higher fiber foods, however. I keep my calories less, but still at least three hours a week of cardio to burn fat away. therefore, it is certainly possible, you May just have to adjust your diet plan a little and check whether it's six to eight reps heavier weights during resistance training.

Myth # 11 - does not hurt. No gain.
OK I know we all heard it at one time or another. Even the Marines are used to saying: "Pain is weakness leaving the body", but it is time to clarify what is good pain and what is bad pain.

Lets start with the bad pain. Any joint pain is bad pain. For example, I have a problem with his right shoulder after flying from the Humvee and landing on it a few years ago in Iraq. He grinds and pain any time I do uppercuts and some circular movements, such as blocks in the martial arts. It's not a good idea to try and "muscle through" joint pain thinking their hard core. If you have joint pain you should stop your exercise immediately. Try using a different procedure, or exercises for this muscle group. For my side I just can not do some exercise, but instead of giving up I do exercises that do not cause me to have pains in the joints. If you insist on certain exercises May you take into account the limited range of motion, or to reduce weight and add more reps.

The following is a bad pain in the muscles. Any signs of a sharp, sudden pain or screws usually a sign that there has been an injury, such as tar. If you have this kind of pain you should also stop immediately!

Finally, you talk about "feeling the burn" or good muscle pain. During resistance training, whether bulking with low reps or shaping with higher reps of your last three reps in good form would be difficult to achieve. You should feel what begins as a slow burn that becomes more intense as your last few repetitions completed. It is caused by the buildup of lactic acid in muscles and is a good indicator that you're pushing hard enough and you have a good fokus.Drugih sorts of good muscle pain is also called delayed muscle soreness or pain is usually felt hours or a day or so after intense exercise. When you are getting enough exercise intensity caused by micro-weeds in the muscles of your body then needs to be fixed. This pain is a sign that your muscles are repaired and rebuilt bigger and stronger. Also remember to wait until the pain is gone working the same muscle group again. You should only work on one muscle group concentrated every five to seven days.
