Otherwise, I would not stress about weight gain, such as overtime would go back to my normal weight and shape. What concerns me is my up-coming, an important meeting. But I knew that there was no way on earth could fit into my perfect outfit I wanted to wear in such a short time. Yes, rapid weight loss was the only way to go!

I was ready to give it a try. My fridge was completely empty, so I recorded a list of foods I should pick up. My list includes:

* 10oz. water, a cup of green tea

Mid-morning snack:

* 15 raw unsalted almonds

* 10oz. water, a cup of green tea

BREAK:

* 3 cups of tossed salad that included iceberg lettuce, spinach, romaine lettuce, half a red pepper and half a tomato

* 3 ounces grilled chicken, no spices

* I opted for a simple oil and vinegar dressing with a hint of cayenne

* 10 g of water, 1 cup of black coffee

Mid-afternoon snack:

* a hard-boiled egg

* 6 carrots

* 10oz of water, a cup of green tea

Supper:

* 4 oz. broiled salmon brushed with 1 / 2 tbsp. olive oil, dill and lemon

* 2 cups spinach steamed with a little coriander

* 1 / 2 cup roasted sweet potatoes medium

* 10oz. water, a cup of green tea

I had no other food after dinner. I had to have 2 additional cups of water between dinner and the time I went to sleep. This is a deviation from the proposed diet.

The next morning I weighed. I lost 3.5 pounds! I was able to comfortably fit into my jeans and even made them buckle. Obviously, I also lost body inches. After that, my outfit match fit. Based on what I read in the article, my weight loss in the upper middle range of people reported losing 4 pounds of weight and up to 6 cm in body measurements.
