I created it only after I lost weight themselves, following the same list. Read on to learn these simple secrets!

Here's how the list was born. Rich and I were in Mexico and decided to lose weight together. But we had a problem. You see, we are heading back to the U.S. and travel for 30 days. This meant that we would not have had time to focus on our diet. However, we wanted to lose weight - and, of course, did not want to fall into the "travel-weight-gain" track while eating with family and friends. (in other words, we want our cake and eat it too!)

So, before we left, we decided to concentrate on the food we were eating, which helps us lose weight already. And guess what? A month later, each of us weigh about 8 pounds lighter ... all the while enjoying the good times visiting, traveling and dining. We were so surprised, because this has never happened before.

Now I want to share this Top 6 Foods for weight loss with you!

Six Top Foods for weight loss:

Well, technically the group or category of food, but here goes!

Food # 1 -! Vegetables, vegetables, vegetable In this month, our diet consisted of 50 percent vegetables. We ate onions, peppers, fresh Pico de Gallo, hot peppers, garlic, broccoli, squash, sweet potatoes, avocado, lettuce, and so on.

We would bake a potato or sweet potato and top it off with a vegetarian stir fry, and then added a dash of salsa and unsweetened Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. It was delicious, and paired with fish, a great meal!

Food # 2 - Juice: Stay away from most processed veggie juices and fresh fruit juices. Instead, drink pure, fresh carrot juice! If you do not want to do it yourself, you can buy a jar of 100 percent of Odwalla carrot juice, which is fresher than most processed juice.

For lunch I would combine some fresh spinach, carrot juice, hemp protein, and a little unsweetened almond milk for a delicious lunch drink. We'd try and have the juice for breakfast or lunch 5-7 times a week.

Food # 3 - Lentils and beans: We ate beans and lentils instead of cereal. They are all 'slow carbs', which means it does not spike your insulin levels, so that the liver does not store your meals as fat. You can top off the lens with the salsa, too. Be creative with your lentils and beans. Make a 3-bean salad, or lentil soup - add a vegetarian soup, a few carrots and celery

.

Food # 4 - Room proteins like fish and eggs: Wild caught fish is great for you, as it provides an excellent source of Omega 3 oils, such ičisti protein that is easily digested and used for fuel. We simply move the white fish fried in oil, garlic, onions and hot peppers. Or, to change, we had our fish fry in coconut oil, adding coconut flakes, ginger and almond slivers. We also ate some organic eggs every morning - with lentils, beans and salsa or help from a touch of freshly made guacamole. Rich eats some meat, but try to limit them to 2-3 times a week, because you're full of antibiotics and hormones.

# 5 Food - Healthy Fats: I mentioned in coconut oil is a moment ago. We use it because it has more flash, which means that it is better for cooking over hot heat because it does not involve running such as olive oil works. It is high in saturated fat, but unlike most other saturated fats, it is processed differently in the body, so it is used in moderate quantities, is an excellent choice.

My favorite cooking oil is macadamia nut oil, which is low in saturated fat and has a high flash point! For salads and cold dishes, olive oil is still my top choice. Raw almond butter on celery or raw almonds are a great snack in moderation, too.

# 6 Food - Healthy foods and spices: I can prepare your food with lots of salt, pepper, butter and mayo. During my tenure living in Mexico I have to adjust your taste buds better. The dishes that we used instead of red pepper, cilantro, rosemary, mustard seed, dill and other spices, red pepper flakes, freshly ground black pepper, chili-lime spice, cumin and a dash of sea salt.

Other spices including fresh Pico de Gallo, salsa, guacamole and Bragg's apple cider vinegar, Greek yogurt, and occasionally DAB organic butter.

Approximately 80% of our diet centered around these foods. So what else do we eat?

As with many things in life, the 80/20 worked for us! ...

the remaining 20% consists of beverages such as coffee (2 cups daily with Stevia and cream - no sugar) and about 3-6 beers a week, it was hot in Mexico! Other foods include a few bananas and some grapes or pineapple 3-4 ice cream bars a week, a couple of small chocolates, 4-6 corn tortillas (wheat free), low-fat deep-fried fish (in our fish tacos), a little chipotle sauce, and one or two meals of fast food such as pizza, soda and fries!

How are we going to eat this food and still lose weight?

Here are a few rules that we follow:

Limiting sugar! We consumed more than 30 grams of sugar per day and eat at one sitting and not eating sugar throughout the day. (30 grams corresponds to the bar, ice cream or some chocolate bar). This helps avoid insulin spikes while eating food. Now, it's not easy, since they have no sugar in my coffee, and you do not eat much processed food. We also limited, because some products from fructose, another form of sugar. This is a guideline really helps you lose weight the most!

Limiting processed cereals: Although it is not so bad in the production of insulin spikes, processed cereals to add fat to the abdomen. This is partly due to containing gluten (I stick). Rice and corn no gluten, so those were our choices when we eat most often. The bread made with sprouted grains are another good choice.

Removal of most dairy: In accordance dairy consumption fattens you up, just like a cow. I made an exception with my cream into my morning coffee - and with a bit of Greek yogurt or occasional feta cheese. Salsa and Pico does wonders to replace cheese in many dishes.

That's it! We are happy to continue eating this way now, too. All in all, the rich lost 30 pounds in 4 months, I lost 25 pounds, and I have never felt better!

Eating these foods not only tastes great, offers variety, feels good in your body -. And you'll lose weight, just too ... focusing on the six best foods for weight loss
