a lot of people will hear me say that the stress and weight loss go hand and hand, or that stress "Yin" and the weight loss is "Yang". Since weight loss is so much to do with how you feel on a daily basis.
said that the yin and yang balance each other, like night and day (which means there is no day without night). So how do you manage your stress, while on the diet is the key to losing weight. Without proper management of stress is weight gain, but when stress is managed properly weight loss can be achieved. Because our bodies need to end the discomfort of stress. (The food usually causes fatigue and puts us right to sleep, as our body to relax and feel good) So, after several of these stress then the food acts happen, the habit is formed. (Now overeater was born) and to make matters worse your body stores the food as fat as a surviving mechanism.
ways of coping with stress When a child:
* eat more than 2-3 times a day. People with high levels of stress is needed to feed the body. People who stress a lot can not afford to pay the calories.
* Vitamin B Relax and get your sleep. Some people cut to sleep to compensate for other things to do. However, sleep is one thing that should remain consistent. Also, because of our high demand for energy we need a little more food (especially vitamin B).
* Stop Dieting and Live . Stop dieting and start living a long time ago. I December crossfitter in the best shape of my life, because I hold some solid nutritional guidelines, and then I just let all hang out.
