Quick Weight Loss - Doing the Diet Again

It's been a while since I wrote anything about the HCG diet. When I first done eating I managed to lose over 40 pounds and have kept him from more than a year. Still currently running a healthy solution to my office to offer quick weight loss to improve their health. But over the last year there was more research and products with changes in diet. So, I would never advise any of my patients stray from the original Dr. Simeons Protocol, but I wanted to test this new research and see if there are any complications with doing any of them. So, since I felt like I had a few more pounds to lose, I thought that allows them to put to the test.

The funny thing is it loads much heavier and not as enjoyable as I predicted. Initially, I felt sick from eating that pile of food that my body is no longer used for, and I would fill faster than expected. I decided to start eating the new year like so many other people do for their New Years resolutions. So the first few days of loading did not go as planned. So I just increased 2 kg for the loading phase.
Beginning-hCG diet for quick weight loss again
Then I began to fast weight loss diet on Monday. My starting weight was 218.8 lbs. Today is Sunday and I weighed in at 207.4 pounds. Not bad to start my first week. I had two days this week, where I had minimal to no mršavljenja.Prvi came on the second day in a diet where I lost only 0.4 kg, but until that moment did not change any protocol, but I lost 4 pounds which is the first day . I made french onion soup for lunch and then beef soup for dinner. I already had the French onion soup earlier this week without a stall. I had to do with either the soup or beef broth. I believe that the beef broth, I used the spices. I used all season, which is allowed on the diet and contains salt, but I made a beef stew with organic beef broth, which also has a lot of salt. So, I think last night was the lack of weight loss from all causes retention of salt water.
Diet Changes
The dietary changes I've made this week (please do this without medical supervision, especially if it is the first time for eating. I finished my study and I can not tell if this will cause any delay in the fast weight loss):
1 Made Kool-Aid using stevia (no more than one glass a day)
Second The use of pepper as a vegetable in some of my dishes
Third Using poblano Pepper as a vegetable in some of my dishes
4th A piece of celery mixed with a cup of onions, in my French onion soup.
5th Do homemade salsa with a meal.
6th Using Walden farms salad dressing
These are some of the different things that I did the first week of the HCG diet that are not part of Dr Simeons Original Protocol. As noted above, I only had two benches that first week, with another being from changes in the protocol. As I go through it and I will continue to update on my progress and share many recipes and use of everyone.
