3 Cleanse the body of toxins and parasites that can literally be adding pounds of waste in your body. This can be done by eating foods and drinking liquids high in antioxidants (such as teas, berries, green vegetables, and many more).

I do not recommend that you eat too many calories, and I definitely do not recommend eating any kind of simple carbohydrates (processed foods, junk foods, white flour and foods, foods that contain sugar).
